In large cities, some large-scale inter-group companies or high-tech parks often have relative commuter shuttle services to facilitate employees' commuting. In addition, there are a number of franchised third-party commuter car agencies that provide such transportation services. In order to ensure that the Group's internal needs are prioritized, or to maintain its own profitability, without affecting the user experience, we need to use the handheld terminal or RFID handset to collect and verify the information of the passengers and manage them in a targeted manner. In other words, we can confirm the identity through the information collection of the passengers in the handheld terminal device, whether there is a qualification for riding, and so on.
At this stage, this application can be implemented in two modes. One is to configure a dedicated handheld terminal RFID handset for our group or campus commuter service personnel. We all know that our corporate employees often have special badges, which are a type of electronic tag card, which records their own information and is equipped with photos. When you are riding a car, you only need to show the ID card, then use the handheld terminal to scan to read whether the information meets the requirements of the car, and then check whether the photo is your own, you can confirm.
Another model is for third-party commuter car operators. As a general service organization, we serve all workers rather than a certain company for profit, so our customer base is for the public. In the general business model, passengers can make online reservations through the relevant ticketing software, and present their order information or QR code when they get on the bus. Therefore, we can perform fast data collection and information verification through a handheld terminal or an RFID handset. In the traditional mode, managers may use a mobile phone to scan code confirmation, which is inefficient. Or, by quickly viewing the order information through the naked eye, it is inevitable that some mistakes will cause unpleasantness. The use of the handheld terminal not only ensures that the information is accurate and accurate, but also greatly saves time and improves the user experience.
